Terms & Conditions of Sale
You can submit an order for products to babyprem.com by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the send order button. Prices will be as indicated on the order pages. We use our best efforts to ensure that prices stated are correct but occasionally goods are incorrectly priced. If that happens, we may not dispatch your order, or we may cancel the order after dispatch. If we do and we have taken payment, we will refund you. All prices include any relevant sales tax in the UK and EU. Additional taxes may be applicable in other countries.
Acceptance of order
We will notify you of acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point an agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions.
There may be reasons why we are unable to accept and dispatch goods to you, e.g. because the goods are out of stock, or if we identify a pricing error etc., should this be the case, we will notify you. We may also restrict the quantity of goods sold in any transaction or in multiple transactions.
We make every effort to deliver all products within the United Kingdom within five working days of acceptance of your order. Where this is not possible, we will notify you. This will not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK. For international deliveries allow up to 14 business days. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. If this address in incorrect we are not responsible for sending your order again. There may be occasions when we are unable to deliver to addresses that do not match your PayPal details.
We will authorise the payment at the time of you placing the order. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payments to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. If payment has already been accepted, we will refund you or offer you an alternative.
Images of goods on our website are for illustrative purposes. We take great care to display colours, however the actual colour you see will depend on the resolution of your device.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within the 14 days cancellation period. To cancel your order, send a cancellation message by e-mail to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] or by telephoning us on 01902 736491. We may ask why you wish to cancel your order to help improve our service to you and other customers in the future.We endeavour to despatch orders as soon as possible and in some cases, this may be within minutes of the order being received, so please be aware that you might attempt to cancel to be informed the order has already been shipped.
Once we receive the items back from you, we will issue you with a refund using the method you used to pay for them. You should receive a refund within 5 days of us receiving the goods back, or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. Returned goods that are not in new condition may not be fully reimbursed, in this event, we will contact you to inform you of this. We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic postage cost.

Discounts and Offers
Discounts and offers are not valid on sale items. We reserve the right to end any discounts or offers at any time including before the advertised end date without notice.
