I’ve received my order but it’s not suitable, how do I return it?

If you wish to exchange your item for a bigger size/different style, please message/telephone us and we will arrange it.If you wish to return for a refund, then please post it back to us and we will issue you with a refund within 2 working days.

What is your refund policy?

You are welcome to return your item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We do understand that sometimes this is not always possible with an early arrival, so if it falls outside of this timeframe then please contact us.  The buyer is responsible for return postage. Only return items that have not been worn or washed.
