No, sorry, we are online only.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive email confirmation when your order has been placed and again when it has been dispatched.
How do I use a promotion code?
If you have promotion/discount code, you can enter this at checkout when prompted.
How do I change my delivery address or send parcel to someone else?
At checkout, you can enter a different delivery address to your own. Enter the delivery address, click next and then untick the box where it says, ‘my billing and delivery address are the same’, then enter your billing address.
Can I change / cancel an order?
Yes. Please send a message or telephone us at the earliest opportunity as we aim to dispatch your order the same working day (Monday to Friday). If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you are welcome to return/exchange it. Please email/telephone us.
How can I pay?
You can pay using PayPal, Debit or Credit Card or via Bank Transfer. If you are paying via Bank Transfer the details are: BabyPrem Ltd. Sort Code: 09-01-28 Account No. 21195315 Need to remove Cheque/Money Order from payment page.
How do I know if payment has been successful?
You will receive an email confirmation to say that your order has been placed.
Do you offer wholesale to businesses?
No, we do not offer wholesale to businesses.
Do you offer discounts to hospitals?
Yes, we offer discount to hospitals. Please call/email us for details.
Can I send a gift card with my order?
Yes. When you place your order, please send a message with your gift card request. Include what message you would like to send and who it is from. We will send a gender neutral card that says, ‘A Gift For You’.
What size clothes should I buy for my baby?
Please see the measurements for each item within its description.
The baby is in NICU, what are the best clothes to buy?
The clothing you buy may depend on the level of care the baby is receiving. We make several pieces of clothing that are designed specifically for babies staying in NICU, SCBU and HDU’s and these can be found in our Neonatal Department. The design of the garments will ensure minimal disturbance to baby and medical equipment.
Where are the clothes manufactured?
Most of the products sold on www.babyprem.com are manufactured in our own factory in Wolverhampton, UK. We do also bring in clothes from suppliers outside of the UK. If the product is made in the UK it will have a ‘Made in Britain’ symbol next to the item.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Occasionally mistakes do happen and in the rare event that you have received the wrong item, then please contact us and we will rectify the mistake immediately.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Please contact our Customer Care team and we will rectify this immediately.
How do I create a wish list?
You will need to register with us to enable you to create a Wish List. To add an item to your list, click on the ‘Wish List’ button. You can comment on the products and share the products with your friends. To access your ‘Wish List’ at any time, sign in and click on ‘Account’ at the top right of the page, then click on ‘My Wish List’, this will show you everything you have added to your list.
How do I update my personal information?
Please login and click on Account on the top right of the page. You will be able to amend your email address, home address, passwords ect

You can sign up to receive our monthly newsletters by entering your email at the bottom of the home page. You can unsubscribe at any time.
