What are your postal service options in the UK?

All standard UK orders are delivered FREE via Royal Mail 48 – a 2-3 day service. You have the option to choose Royal Mail 24, a 1-2 day service for an additional £1.50. If you need your order urgently, you can choose ‘Next Day Delivery’. Your package will be delivered the following day (assuming you place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). This is at an additional cost of £6.95.

Which couriers do you use in the UK?

We use Royal Mail for most of our packages.  If you have selected ‘Next Day Delivery’ or if your order is over £50.00 then we may use UPS to deliver your package.  

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do, we deliver worldwide.

How long do international deliveries take?

Deliveries to Europe generally take around 5-7 working days. Delivery to USA and Canada take around 7-10 working days. Other worldwide destinations can take between 14-21 working days.

How much does it cost to deliver internationally?

Delivery outside of the UK costs an additional £3.95 via standard airmail service or £7.95 via a tracked & signed service.

Which couriers do you use outside of the UK?

We use Royal Mail initially and then your country’s national postal service. If you are outside of the UK and have selected Expedited Delivery, then either UPS or Parcel-Force will deliver your package.

Can i have my order shipped to a BFPO address?

Yes, Royal Mail deliver to all BFPO addresses.

What are working days?

Working days are Monday to Friday.  Not Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

What happens if i am not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not in when Royal Mail attempt delivery (and the package will not fit through the letterbox or it needs to be signed for) they will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time or collect it from the Postal Depot, alternatively they may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you of this.
