1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Babywear is zero vat rated.

2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
3. UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail 1st class post Free of charge P&P is included. Orders over £20.00 will be sent recorded signed for 1st class post.
4. Deliveries will normally be made within 3-5 working days(we always try to post the same day) if products are in stock. You will be advised of any delay ,or if the item is not available, by phone or email,so please check Email box just in case.We are sending mail by recorded signed for, so please make sure you can accept delivery when post arrives. Any returned orders will have to be paid for the cost of re-posting before we send again.
5. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 5 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods, please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 99% of our orders now are sent by recorded delivery,so please be sure someone will be able to accept when it arrives Any returned to us unclaimed from post office will have to have postage paid again!

RETURNED ITEMS/GOODS

Please contact us by phone or e-mail to let us know if goods are being returned. Please include the date purchased..id number, your name and reason for returning.

Goods must be returned complete and i original  undamaged condition for a  refund or exchange.We cannot refund for damaged goods we cannot re-sell. You will be responsable for claims to Royal Mail if damaged in transit returning. Please keep all receipts from posting for proof.

Please note: Goods that have been washed will not be exchanged or refunded unless a fault with the garment has occured

We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to any third parties.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is not used and washed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Postage to international destinations is FREE! Items are sent air mail, small packet. No insurance is included.

If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt). Postage return at customers own expense.

All products are guaranteed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. Please take the time to register the guarantee with the company on the label if requested to do so and retain your proof of purchase. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.

Any Problems with items must be notified within 7 days of delivery in writing (e-mail accepted) Items sent on Terms and Conditions of payment, (a/c) ie 14 days will incur interest of 8% per month compounded until the date of payment is received in full. Interest is charged from the invoice date.

All items remain our property until such a time as they have been paid in full.

If a charge is levied against babyprem.com or its proprietor, the reciprocal charge made by babyprem.com will be the exact same amount that is charged by the aforementioned. Any further charges relating to charges made by the aforementioned will also constitute part of the original charge and will also be included in the reciprocal charge made by bayprem.com.
